JALLU-BERTHIER GROUP CHARTER FOR OUR EMPLOYEES (CSR)

The group was built around values shared by our entire team: customer service, commitment, employee enthusiasm, innovation and respect. These values are the keys of the success and growth of JALLU-BERTHIER Group.

Our employees satisfaction is our main concern and we are measuring it, twice a year, by anonymous surveys. Our latest engagement survey, carried out in 2022, reveals that 90% of our employees are proud to work for the group. The company also wants to promote careers in the automotive industry.

Our Group is currently deploying a global plan that concerns both team members and our dealerships. In terms of human resources : all employees are committed to respect an eco-responsible charter, highlighting the notion of the common good. A company project with all our company’s values and which must be relayed on a daily basis by all employees. As Arnaud Jallu-Berthier, the Group Chairman, points out, “the “punch” actions that we have been taken to change our behavior and the employee adoption for this commitment is a great factor of success and pride that commits us to continue towards a sustainable development approach”.

“WAY TO 0” FOR ALL OUR DEALSHIPS

Our company is committed to a global eco-responsible approach, which affects both our employees and our point of sales, with a huge investment plan to renovate our 41 sites.

This approach continues with a renovation plan for all the group’s dealerships. One of our main project in 2022 was the construction of our Citroen dealership in Sarcelles (in the North of Paris) with photovoltaic panels on the rooftop and different elements that help reducing significantly energy consumptions.

From 2025, an action plan “way to 0” will be implemented with a complete report on the Group’s CO2 emissions for a 0 emission objective in 2035.
